Dr. Denise McCurdy | Blockchain Consulting

Denise McCurdy is a veteran of the Information and Communications industry with over 35 years of experience working with Fortune 100 firms. With a professional and personal interest in emerging technologies, Denise returned to academics to investigate blockchain, completing her doctorate in business with a thesis in blockchain for supply chains. Passionate about mentoring, Denise enjoyed working with her team members to secure a first place win at GSU’s Blockchain Innovation Competition with a supply chain solution.

With a background in strategy formulation, Denise has extensive experience in assembling and managing global teams to resolve challenging business problems, and counts among her clients the Gates Foundation and the Center for Global Development, P&G, British Telecom, DFM Data Inc., and a mobile money start-up in Argentina.

In addition to her Doctorate in Business Administration, Denise holds a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.

Denise has traveled extensively overseas, and enjoys meeting people from all parts of the world. Calling Georgiahome, Denise is a transplant from the Midwest and enjoys the Atlanta sunshine.
