Techstars Startup Weekend Northwest Arkansas will take place next August 26th to 28th at the Pryor Center in Downtown Fayetteville. Mentors, investors, co-founders and sponsors will guide you through the steps of prototype, demo and a pitch that will turn your idea into reality; And maybe win the $5,000 price. This year, the Techstars Startup Weekend will focus in three areas: Outdoor recreation, Web 3.0 and general business. Mentored by the University of Arkansas Faculty and powered by Startup Junkie and the Venture Center, the event, the event will take its participants into a journey of 3 days where, per teams around chosen ideas, startup experts will mentor them through the developing process including prototype and demo, to finally end up presenting a pitch to a panel of judges at the last day of the event. A prize of $5,000 will be awarded to the best ideas of each focus area.

If you are thinking on participate for the Web 3.0 area, there will be a prepared for startup weekend presented by Haskhu and Cartwheel Startup Studio on Monday, August 22nd at 12:00pm to 1:00pm on zoom. During this “Painstorming” session, participants can get an overview about Web 3.0 and what makes a good use case in the current technological landscape.
