“Good News For Mr. Emerson: Kent Bonar Resurrects Thoreau in the Ozarks” will be delivered by Robert Cochran, Director of the Center of Arkansas and Regional Studies, as the third and final “Pryor Center Presents” lecture of the fall 2018 semester on Thursday, November 8, at 6:00 PM in the David and Barbara Pryor Center for Arkansas Oral and Visual History, at 1 East Center Street in Fayetteville. Bonar, a naturalist from Newton County, spent 30 years illustrating Edwin B. Smith’s pioneering botanical atlas, reissued as AN ARKANSAS FLORILEGIUM in 2017. Bonar will be present to sign copies after the presentation.
