These three courses (Baking Arts Fundamentals, Culinary Arts Fundamentals and Global/Advanced Culinary Arts) meet the 120-hour requirement for Certified Culinary Scientist. Courses are taught in collaboration with the Research Chefs Association®

Brightwater is located in the 8th Street Market , which a destination in itself.  Just like the 8th Street Market was once a Tyson fried chicken plant, Crystal Bridges Museum is transforming a former Kraft cheese plant into a multi-disciplinary space for visual and performing arts, culinary experiences, festivals, and artist residencies called the Momentary opening in 2020.  The Momentary is located in downtown Bentonville, near 8th Street Market and Brightwater culinary school. Newly opened trails connect it to the Razorback Regional Greenway, providing access for pedestrians and cyclists.
