HiDEC facilities include laboratories dedicated to low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC), power module electronic assembly, reliability and small- scale machining. This section presents a brief overview of each laboratory.
Once safety and equipment training has been completed, HiDEC academic and industrial users can utilize the tools and resources in any laboratory to perform their own research, prototyping, or characterization work.
Scheduling for equipment training is handled on a first-come, first-served basis and is initiated by contacting the primary lab manager for the laboratory in which the equipment is located. The most effective approach to arrange equipment training is to do so via email.
