HiDEC’s Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC)  facility offers multi-layer substrate manufacturing for high-power modules, microwave circuits, and other applications. The facility primarily (but not exclusively) uses DuPont’s 951 and 9K7 tape systems.

The HiDEC Low-Temperature, Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC) laboratory occupies 1,500 sq. ft. of space that houses a complete LTCC fabrication facility. Electronic device packages fabricated in this laboratory can be used in various high-frequency, high-power applications and act as crucial components in many common electronic products.

The lab offers a unique opportunity for students research and industrial collaboration associated with Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) processing. HiDEC’s 24/7 fee-based access to center facilities and hands-on training by its full-time staff helps users to fully leverage lab capabilities.
