Engineering Night at Leverett Elementary School

Engineering Night at Leverett Elementary School was an incredible experience! Our RIOT team had a fantastic time sparking curiosity and showcasing the wonders of electrical engineering to the next generation of innovators. The RIOT team members shown in the photos are Anna Corbitt, Wesley Schwartz, Henry Schmidt, and Robert McLendon, who all did an amazing job igniting the imaginations of future engineers.

Engineering at Root Elementary School

A big thank you to Root Elementary School for inviting Eric Specking, along with Wesley Schwartz, Anna Corbitt, and Pedram Chavoshipour Heris, to engage with the students. In a quick 30 minutes, they discussed how engineers turn ideas into reality, demonstrated coils and capacitors, and of course, crushed a can using electricity in the classic Razor Crush machine.
