  • The nature of the fruit is taken into account in the classification of seed plants.
  • In flowering plants, the characteristics of pollen grains are not taken into account in the current plant classification. Cryptogams’ plants include Algae, Mushrooms, and also Bryophytes, Pteridophytes, and Lichens.
  • Tracheophytes are vascularized plants.
  • Bryophytes do not have roots.
