1. New Business 10 mins
- Decision: This workgroup will review a list of academic and operational policy recommendations to reduce paperwaste. Specifically, these projects will be labeled “Electronic Printing” options.
- Electronic Printing policies might include: adobe acrobat pro adoption and training for staff which would include simple conversion of documents to interactive PDFs, cost analysis of desktop printers on UA campus, Secure print, Double sided printing default, online academic teaching materials,
- Carlos Ochoa to reach out to Xerox representative for leads on existing software that may contribute to this goal.
