Leadership Needed!
The Student Sustainability Council RSO is in need of students to take leadership positions as soon as possible. All officer positions are available, including President and Treasurer. Officers are needed before re-registration ends on September 16. Dr. Allison Turner, from the Architecture Department, is the new faculty advisor for the SSC. If anyone is interested in taking a position, please contact Dr. Turner (amturner@uark.edu) or join the discussion on the SSC Facebook page.
SSC will give students a voice in sustainability matters on campus, by providing a forum to discuss sustainability projects and potential projects, by developing projects that can be implemented by SSC through partnerships with other campus groups, and by making recommendations to the chancellor about sustainability policies and operations.
Officers must:
- Be registered as full-time students.
- Have at least a cumulative 2.25 GPA and no conduct record
