If you are a faculty member new to clickers and do not yet have a receiver, email clickers@uark.edu with the name of your course and approximate enrollment to request one.

Create an instructor clicker account

  1. Open your browser and go to Blackboard at http://learn.uark.edu.
  2. Click on the course that you’ll be using clickers to teach.
    Click on the name of one of your classes.
  3. You will need to add a Clicker Registration link to your course. Click on the plus button and click on Tool Link.
    Click on the Add Menu Item button and choose Menu Item.
  4. In the Name blank enter “Clicker Registration” and for the Type drop-down choose Clicker Registration.

    Enter Clicker Registration for the Name and choose Clicker Registration from the Type drop-down menu.

  5. Once you have added the link, click on it.
  6. Enter your UARK email address (with the ‘@uark.edu’) and select Create Account.
    Enter your UARK email address and click Create Account.
  7. Your name and email address will be automatically populated. Check the box to accept the Terms of Use. 
    Note: Your Role will appear as Instructor.
    Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and click Finish.
  8. Click Finish.
