Locate the Blackboard Collaborate Scheduling tool in a Course

Using the Collaborate video conferencing tool within blackboard can increase student interactions. Here you will learn how to create a link to the Blackboard Collaborate tool.

Within Blackboard there are two locations that grant access to the Bb Collaborate tool:

1. From the course management control panel
2. From within any course content area

Course Management Control Panel (second menu down on the left)

1. Click on Course Tools
2. Click on Blackboard Collaborate

Course Content Area

1. In the breadcrumb area, make sure Edit Mode is ON
   
2. In the content area tool bar (of any Bb content area), click on Add Interactive Tool (Figure 3)
3. Click on Blackboard Collaborate
