Instructions for students taking exams with ProctorU. The instructions provide students with step by step directions on what to do and what to expect when taking an exam with ProctorU.

Step by step instructions for taking your exam with ProctorU:

1. Visit this “Test it Out” site to test your equipment well ahead of your exam appointment. The icons at the top of the window will have blue checkmarks if your equipment is working correctly. If you need tech support, fill out the information form, and click the blue “Connect to a Live Person” button at the bottom of the window. Everything check out? Great! Remember to use the same computer, camera and Internet connection at the time of your exam. Please Note: Students have reported issues during their exams because of dropped Wi-Fi (wireless) signals. If you have the option to use an ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi, that will work best. If you are using Wi-Fi on campus, be sure and choose the “UARK Wi-Fi” option.
