This was a paper weight made by Mechanical Engineering Professor HH Hicks back in the 1960s. It had always been around our house ever since I could remember as my dad taught mathematics at the U of A. I graduated from the U of A Chemical Engineering Dept. and have always kept it on my desk at work.
