HMDA Data for Arkansas
We will now examine the rejection and rate spreads statewide, looking at the counties with rejection rates above the state average and counties with the greatest number of reported rate spread loans. Do any of these places match up? How do they compare to NW Arkansas?
This is a lot of work and probably will take more than a week to complete. Start working on it this week, report on your progress by Sunday, 11:59 pm on Feb. 12 with a few data visualizations that answer the following questions.
Again, I understand if you cannot finish all of this in one week. So a progress report memo is fine by Feb. 12
