  1. Get the “UAF Various Facility Pledged Revenues” from Pg. 3 and import into Excel.  Use Adobe Acrobat Pro

2. Check and verify your data was imported correctly. Check the totals against the original Create a tab with a data biography

3. Format into dollars, no decimals

4. Pivot table with the Source as rows, 2012 and 2016 as columns

4. Create a Percentage Change Calculation, 2016-2012

5. Copy Data and Paste as Values into a new tab

6. Delete 2012-2016 columns. Highlight Source and % change, Click chart, create bar chart

Repeat with data from Pg. 6: UAF Athletic Pledged Revenues.
