Work led by Kai Chang at the Max Planck Institute for Microstructure Physics just appeared online at Nano Letters. Brandon Miller contributed DFT calculations showing commensuration among the SnSe monolayer and a graphitic substrate; such commensuration is relevant for the type of ferroelectric domain walls that can be formed, and may also influence the magnitude of the ferroelectric-to-paraelectric transition temperature.
