“Putting Green To Work” Lunch

Fayetteville’s efforts to restore four streams will be the focus of the next Putting Green to Work lunch sponsored by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality. Carole Jones, a park planner with the City of Fayetteville, will be the guest speaker at the lunch. The Putting Green to Work series, created by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) in partnership with Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions, features businesses and organizations that have excelled in sustainable practices. Its purpose is to help industry leaders learn from each other how to save energy, prevent pollution and conserve resources while increasing profits.

Admission to the presentation is free, but registration is required to ensure adequate seating. Attendees bring their own lunches. To register, contact Audree Miller at 501-682-0015 or email miller@adeq.state.ar.us by 4 p.m. March 25.
