    Impressive stuff here. Some comments:
    Chart 1 – Eliminate the null category and information not provided by applicant. Consider a second chart without whites so we can see the detail on the other races.

    Chart 2: Cut the information not provided by applicant.

    Chart 3: I think a vertical chart would do a better job illustrating the male-female differences

    Chart 4: Consider normalizing the data as a percentage of the applications so we can better compare the racial categories. Remember the dollar signs in the labels.

    All in all, high quality work. Nice job.
