In my dataset, all of my counties were above 25% poverty rate because Total_Poverty in FL_Combined was the total population from the FL_poverty dataset rather than the estimate of those in poverty. I was unable to fix this.

The top 10 counties with the highest noncitizen population by ratio are 1. Miami-Dade, 2. Hendry, 3. Broward, 4. Collier, 5. DeSoto, 6. Hardee, 7. Palm Beach, 8. Orange, 9. Glades, 10. Osceola

The top 10 counties with the highest native poverty rate are 1. Collier, 2. St. Johns, 3. Sarasota, 4. Broward, 5. Miami-Dade, 6. Clay, 7. Martin, 8. Palm Beach, 9. Sumter, 10. Monroe
