3)Out of state tuition and fees for the University of Arkansas increased the most out of all the categories with a 21.46 percent change **over what time period** and a $1,342 raw change. **Incorrect ( Other fees and expenses rose 27.1%***) Books and supplies for the University of Missouri at Columbia increased the most out of all the categories with a 5.43% increase and a $60 raw change.
4) The University of Arkansas’ tuition and fees for out of state students increased by almost twice as much as the tuition and fees for in state students did for the 2016-2017 academic year.
5)You could look at the change in enrollment for in state and out of state enrollment for 2016 and 2015 and find a way to know if out of state students who were accepted but did not enroll made their decisions based on higher tuition. Also, see how scholarships that target the in state vs. out of state tuition affect enrollment.
