- I think it’s really important that journalist know their source and that the information they’re getting is current and correct. If old data is used then it could mislead people to believe something that isn’t true anymore. If the data is just out right wrong then the journalist’s credibility will take a hit and people might think that they’re trying to deceive them.
- I also think that it’s important that journalist make sure they have all of the information and data so that they’re not making incorrect interpretations. Someone could see this as a journalist trying to make the data say something that isn’t 100% true although that wasn’t their intention.
