    1. Has the trend for racial discrimination for home lenders changed since 1988 and what are the factors that could determine a possible increase or decrease in lending injustices?

  2. Hello! My name is Nanci Flores and I am from Jonesboro, Arkansas. My hobbies include exploring Fayetteville, spending time with my family, and traveling to Mexico. I am a junior broadcast journalism major and currently enrolled in Broadcast News Reporting II. The work experience I have related to my field of study is volunteering at UATV and reporting for KXUA. The best story I have produced explored whether philanthropy events hosted by fraternities were exclusive to members of a Greek organization.

    The problem shifted from a denial of loans to pricing of loans, where minority groups were charged higher rates for loans or given more expensive forms of credit, such as “subprime” loans. Good questions.
