The Little Rock Veterans Affairs hospital had the best SHEP (Survey of Healthcare Experiences of Patients) score when compared to VA hospitals in Fayetteville, Memphis and Shreveport, according to VA data.
The Little Rock VA’s SHEP score was .797452. The Memphis VA hospital had the worst SHEP score out of the four hospitals compared with a score of .730290.
The narrative here is good and heading in the right direction. This data is a percentage score, so the numbers should be formatted accordingly. And it is measuring this: “The data below shares what Veterans have said about their own experiences accessing care. ”
