Little Rock’s VA hospitals have the best average SHEP (Survey of Healthcare Experience of Patients) score with an average of 0.797452 while Memphis had the worst with a score of 0.730290.

    The map needs to be zoomed in to capture the detail. The data should be reflected in percentage.

    There are four SHEP scores for primary (routine or urgent) and speciality (routine or urgent). Don’t know what this is measuring – it appears to be an overall average score.

    The headline should be more descriptive – instead of shep, describe what this is – veterans say their experience getting an appointment is good in Arkansas but not in neighboring states

    Remember what this is measuring: “The data below shares what Veterans have said about their own experiences accessing care. “
