After analyzing the complaints against banks, we found that the top complaint stated that there was incorrect information on credit reports.Bank of America had the most complaints. The final graphic is a map of complaints in Northwest Arkansas. After sorting through the narratives on the mortgage data, we found that most of the complaints were related to refinancing houses. Below is the Excel sheet, containing two sheets of data – one with all the Arkansas data and one that was analyzed based on customer narratives.
