From the chart below we can clearly see that Median income has a lot to do with if you are approved for a Mortgage in Northwest Arkansas. However, this is not true for the Hispanic/Latino category, where the loan rejection rate is higher than than the Black/African American category even though the Hispanic/Latino Median Family Income is higher than the black/African American Median income.
