The average SHEP score is highest in Little Rock, Ark followed closely by Fayetteville, Ark.

Nice use of colors. The y axis legend should be in percent. stretch out the column bars so we can read the x axis labels.
There are four SHEP scores for primary (routine or urgent) and speciality (routine or urgent). Don’t know what this is measuring – it appears to be an overall average score.
The headline should be more descriptive – instead of shep, describe what this is – veterans say their experience getting an appointment is good in Arkansas but not in neighboring states
Remember what this is measuring: “The data below shares what Veterans have said about their own experiences accessing care. ”
