The data cuts off any percentages below 1 percent, as the concentration is on the majority of employees in their respective occupation. At MC Fayetteville nurses make up 23.72 percent of the entire staff, at MC Little Rock nurses make up 23.80 percent of the entire staff.
You should put the limits of the data on the graph itself. The type is small but you used the bold text to make it come out. The caption is illegible, and I would eliminate the Total Employees legend on the right to get more space. An improvement from the first chart, however. 4 of 5 points
